The United Core UX team took an initiative for content renovation of United Airline’s desktop and mobile site. Apart of the UX Team, I worked on updating ancillary pages on united.com to support a flyer's journey.
My task was to spearhead the UX design of a content renovation process. I collaborated with a team of strategists, content writers, engineers, UX, (sometimes SEO), and stake holders, to do the design of the optimized web pages. We structured it by planning and conceptualizing then designing low and high fidelity prototypes and refining and communicating to deliver.
How might we consolidate 700 pages and clean up any unused pages to bring relevant to current times?
All teams work together to improve a flyer's journey. Strating with Strategy to Content, then Content for writing, and then to UX Designers to Developments, whom all worked complementary in order to improve the user experience. This workflow will improve a flyer's stratification, enabling them to check-in and check bags with comfort and ease.

In my role, I was responsible for renovating the Premier Access page for United Airlines. This project involved redesigning the layout and user interface to effectively showcase the service’s benefits, such as priority boarding, dedicated security lanes (where available), priority check-in, and expedited baggage handling. A key aspect of the redesign was incorporating imagery that prominently featured luggage, reinforcing the priority bag handling service. The updated design also clearly communicated that Premier Access is available for purchase on United and United Express flights, excluding Basic Economy tickets, and only at select airports.
